OEE offers an externally accredited lean training programme within an overall framework specified by the highly respected Lean Enterprise Research Centre (LERC) at Cardiff University and backed by their Lean Competency System (LCS). We maintain a close relationship with the Centre, exchanging ideas and helping to develop the concept still further. We have an unparalleled track record with more than fifteen years practical experience in lean service. Our training is based on insights gained from a wide range of sources, with tried and tested techniques proven in real life service business environments.
